First Anniversary | Mollie + Trygve | November 17, 2019
Last fall, we had the privilege of being the backdrop for the most special wedding day at The Laurel. Mollie and Trygve are the kind of couple that you can’t help but adore from the moment you meet them. With a joy so pure and contagious, the Lund’s wedding is one that we’ll hold near and dear to our hearts for years to come.
We wanted to celebrate their first anniversary by reminiscing on some of the highlights from their perfect day. Enjoy!
Mollie and Trygve are as kind as they come- leaving everyone around them feeling cared for and appreciated, which is a true reflection of the love they have for one another!
Mollie and her dad shared the sweetest first look in the bridal suite. He was filled with so much joy seeing his daughter as such a radiant bride! Following this, Mollie and Trygve shared an intimate first look on the lawn, complete with a lesson on how to properly tie a bow-tie. It’s the little things, right?
Their indoor ceremony was intentionally designed and thoughtfully detailed. It was such a sweet experience from the moment the double doors opened and Mollie walked down the aisle, to their exit back down the aisle as husband and wife leaving a roar of guest excitement in their wake.
Of course, one of our favorite parts of the day is always watching the couple’s portraits as they soak in time together as the new Mr. & Mrs.
As far as the details, we are forever obsessed with the color palette they chose. Katiebug Florals tied in deep & rich, yet bright tones to the blooms, leaving us swooning as always!
One thing is for sure- Mollie and Trygve’s smiles never faded. The reception was filled with laughter, celebration, and a whole lot of fun on the dance floor!
Mollie and Trygve ended the night with a classic sparkler exit beneath the glow of The Laurel’s Christmas lights. The perfect way to end the very best day!
We will never tire of celebrating couples like this one. Mollie and Trygve, we wish you all the best in the years to come!
